I'm just wondering, because I've heard of the sound->touch version, but not mine. It's reversed.

I guess I also have this kind of Synaesthesia. But it is always very difficult to describe synaesthetic sounds. It is more like a note than a melody. How is it for you?

Ive known ive had this for a while, but im kinda new to researching it. i dont have a sound->touch one, but different smells give off different rings in my ears. you can say ts my anti-drug, because alchohol, cigarette smoke, and even some pomegranite juices make it so highpitched my head hurts within a few seconds.

For me, it's notes as well, but the texture on the object has an effect of the steadiness of it. (for example, a smooth surface might go _--_ -__ - while a scratchy surface might go -_- -

I sometimes hear inner sound pitches, melodies and rhythms when engaged in tactile activities like pottery, weaving, sculpture or painting. They can be like background music or serve to guide my actions. When feeling energy of plants, animals or people I sometimes sense more distinct patterns. When doing Tai Chi I get a more complete and lasting sensation - perhaps because the movements engage energy fields in an organized way. Who knows?

Well, I found out that I have the sound-touch version. There are some biting, stinging, burning, scratching, itching, stroking and warm/cold noises...
